"One October a few years ago, you took my mother, my two girls and me around a tour of Warwick to look at plots of land. We arrived to your office late, exhausted and hungry but preserving with the task to find a plot of land to build our home on as we were emigrating from the UK. My was due to arrive from England the next day to see what we had shortlisted. We had toured a different area in three States over 5 of the last 6 days.
